Upon arriving at this hotel, I was immediately impressed by the luxurious amenities and attentive service. the spa and wellness center was a standout feature, offering a range of treatments including full body massages and facials. the restaurant had a diverse range of options and the in-room breakfast was a convenient and delicious way to start the day.

this hotel was an exceptional experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

I recently had a weekend getaway at a hotel in Brussels and there were a few positive aspects that I enjoyed. the hotel provided a noon checkout, very convenient and allowed me to sleep in and relax before leaving. the location of the hotel was fantastic - it was centrally located and close to all the major attractions and shops. It made it easy for me to explore the city and experience everything it had to offer. the hotel had spacious rooms, providing plenty of space for me to unwind and feel comfortable throughout my stay.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly like about my experience at the hotel. the staff at the reception desk seemed to be understaffed, resulting in long queues during checkout.

Outstanding and clean place with a nice lobby. I liked the room with a great bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Had an amazing meal in the restaurant.

Everything is brand-new, I appreciated my time here. The venue is stylish and impressive, its location is unbeatable, near to Brussels, restaurants, Louise. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Chatelain district. Excellent service and great value. Btw, it has convenient parking.

The staff was highly efficient, the hotel was overall clean and placed in an old part of the city right by shops and the centre of the picturesque part of town and shopping district. The breakfast was perfect, had lots of options and the food was good. Beautiful location, rooms were non-smoking. We had a very good 1 night stay.

Lovely hotel, great room with a comfortable bed. The decor and ambience were fantastic, creating a nice atmosphere for my New Year stay. The location was perfect, being centrally located and close to shopping and dining options. the staff provided really good service, offering VIP treatment upon arrival. The room itself was spacious, with a beautiful view of the courtyard. I also enjoyed the handcrafted cocktails in the bar lounge, adding to the overall experience.

We had an unforgettable stay in a beautiful area of downtown. The hotel was in the touristic area and allowed us to walk to many of the city's most famous landmarks. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom and a breathtaking view. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

We did experience an issue with the service at times, but it did not affect our overall stay.

We loved the comfortable Junior Suite with its huge soft bed and luxurious marble bathroom. The breakfast included in the suite was absolutely delightful. The staff, especially at the reception and during breakfast, were exceptionally fast, pleasant, and efficient. As party people, we were thrilled with the well-located plug sockets and excellent desk for working. The bar had attentive staff delivering excellent food at reasonable prices.

This hotel is a gem in terms of location, right in the center of everything and in the coolest fashion district of the city. Avenue Louise, where the hotel is located, offers easy access to Trams, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are well-appointed and tasteful, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast room is also a highlight, as it offers a delicious spread to start the day. Additionally, the hotel staff is helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

The service at the terrace bar in the evening was underwhelming and not up to standard.

I had a great stay at a five-star hotel in a central city location. The hotel facilities were luxurious, with a marble bathroom and comfortable bedding. The staff was attentive and willing to help with any questions I had. the location was great for shopping as it was in the Louise district.

Spacious and beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel maintains a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.
